Interactive Audiovisual Installation: Generative Design, Audioreactive, Kinect Depth Sensing

Essence was an audiovisual interactive installation in collaboration with Adam Macpherson (sound design) for Urbanscapes 2019.

In line with the theme (Reconnect KL) of Urbanscapes, the piece reconnects audiences with nature. As they walk into the centre of the room the visuals and sound transition from a busy cityscape to peaceful minimalist nature scenes. Audiences can then transition between different nature scenes (Morning, Evening and Night) by clapping.
